With the launch of the new UAI 50.HE blow moulding machine featuring an accumulator head, Uniloy aims to set a new benchmark in energy efficiency. Available in various configurations up to 120 tonnes, the machine offers energy efficiency comparable to fully electric models, while retaining the flexibility, robustness, and mould interchangeability typical of hydraulic technology.

Rated according to Euromap 46.1, the UAI 50.HE is equipped with a next-generation hydraulic system featuring servo motors and inverters, pre-fill hydraulic cylinders that reduce oil circulation and energy losses, and high-efficiency extruders designed for processing materials with a high content of post-consumer recycled plastic. Inductive heating ensures faster temperature reach and reduced energy consumption, while the fully electric bottom blow pin unit guarantees high precision and process repeatability.

This combination of technical features results in significant energy savings, faster production changeovers, optimised performance, and reduced noise levels, making the UAI 50.HE the ideal solution for technical applications such as automotive components and industrial packaging.
