Compact dual-reel coiler

The Italian manufacturer of automatic coiler systems for the pipe industry, FB Balzanelli, showcases at K 2025 its automatic Premium 0852C dual-coil model designed for winding corrugated PVC, PP and single-wall pipes.

With compact sizes specifically designed for installation in confined spaces, also thanks to its single-coil outlet, this coiler ranks among the most compact of its kind on the market, while still ensuring high-speed performance (up to 150 metres per minute) and consistent coil quality, achieved through an integrated guiding system and six strapping units.

The diameters of the mandrels on the dual-reel unit are adjustable from 16 to 40 mm, allowing for quick changeovers and reduced machine downtime. Whether operating with compact lines or at high production speeds, the Premium 0852C model ensures intelligent automation, safety and excellent coil quality.
