Gefran has been selected as one of the hundred companies listed on Borsa Italiana that make up the Intermonte Valore Italia index. Intermonte, part of the Banca Generali Group since the beginning of 2025, is one of the leading Italian operators, with over thirty years' experience in the financial markets. The index was developed as part of PMI2Change, the project presented on 1July 2026 by Banca Generali with the aim of supporting the growth and competitiveness of Italian SMEs, helping to create the conditions for a more efficient meeting point between capital and businesses.

Companies are selected according to rigorous technical and financial criteria designed to ensure adequate levels of liquidity, transparency and investability. Among the parameters considered are minimum free float, sound governance standards, analyst coverage, financial sustainability, level of indebtedness and representativeness within the Index.

"Inclusion in the Intermonte Valore Italia Index represents, for Gefran, recognition of the progress made in terms of solidity, transparency and the ability to create long-term value," stated Giovanna Franceschetti, Vice President and Investor Relations Officer at Gefran. "We are proud to take part in PMI2Change, a project of great value and vision, which demonstrates Banca Generali's ability to enhance the central role of listed SMEs in the development of the Italian economic system."

Building on the investment universe represented by the index, Banca Generali, Investlinx and Intermonte have launched a new actively managed ETF compliant with PIR regulations. According to the project promoters, Banca Generali will support the launch of the instrument with an initial inflow of 100 million euros in the first few months, with exposure expected to grow gradually to reach 500 euros million in the medium term. For Gefran, inclusion in the index represents a concrete opportunity to increase the group's visibility among Italian and international investors and to strengthen its dialogue with the financial market..
