X-BAG: automatic bags opening machine for centralized material handling systems

Syncro Group confirms its position as one of the most innovative players in the international plastics extrusion technology market, with an engineering approach focused on integration, automation and process sustainability. The company develops advanced auxiliary systems engineered to reach high performance rates and provide control over the entire extrusion line process.

Among its latest solutions, Syncro Group presents X-BAG: an automatic bags opening machine for centralized material handling systems, from raw material storage to extrusion lines.

Designed for plastic granules such as PE, PP, PET, PVC, ABS and similar materials, X-BAG automates the emptying of bags supplied on pallets, eliminate manual operations, material dispersion and process contamination. The system reaches an emptying efficiency of over 99.9% and a productivity of up to 18 tonnes per hour.

The operating cycle integrates pallet loading, bag gripping, automatic transfer, cutting, emptying and discharge of empty bags. The granules are collected in a hopper equipped with a shaking system and a sieving grid, then conveyed to the destination silo or hopper.

X-BAG is controlled by PLC through an intuitive HMI interface and is available in semi-automatic and automatic versions. Optional features include empty bag compactor, automatic pallet feeding, barcode batch identification and diverter valves for automatic silo selection.

A compact, high-performance solution designed to improve material handling efficiency, traceability and process control in extrusion plants.
