Two days devoted to moulding technology
On February 6 and 7, Turin (Italy) will provide the setting for a presentation of the latest technologies available for the injection moulding of plastic materials. The event is the “Molding Technology Day” workshop being held at Four Studios. The programme also includes the participation of Moretto, which, outside the event venue itself, will be exhibiting its exclusive “motorhome”, where visitors will be able to experience, at first hand, the main technologies that currently feature in the vast catalogue of this manufacturer, based in Massanzago, in the province of Padua.
In particular, Moretto’s exhibition will include One Wire 6 Krono, the market’s first self-adaptive conveying system, which, with its Kasko receivers, Kruise Kontrol, Dolphin automatic manifold units and maintenance-free FC cyclone filters, is one of the most advanced transport systems for plastics currently on the market. Also on display will be the exclusive Eureka drying system which, featuring the revolutionary XMax, Flowmatik, OTX and Moisture Meter, guarantees consistent performance, certifiable quality, extreme flexibility and full efficiency, allowing savings of up to 56%.
The other top products on display will include: the mini Dry Air dryers, small dryers specifically designed for the optical sector and for technical moulding; the DGM Gravix gravimetric blenders, which guarantee extremely high precision even for micro blending tasks (Rotopulse) and in the presence of vibrations, and DVK Krystal. The latter, featuring a removable transparent hopper, is easy to use and allows direct percentage setting on the touch view panel. Finally, visitors will also be able to see the Te-Ko temperature controllers, built with high quality components, which stand out for their high precision and durability.
The workshop, which will bring together injection moulding companies and leading experts in injection moulding technology, will also feature two production cells, which will be in operation on both days, during both a morning (9 a.m.- 1.00 p.m.) and an afternoon session (3 p.m. -5.30 p.m. on February 6 and 2 p.m. - 4.30 p.m. on February 7).
