CMG Granulators at GreenPlast 2025 with dust-free recycling

CMG Granulators' new range of high-capacity G55 granulators, which is showcased at GreenPlast 2025, is designed to deliver high productivity and quality regrind, with consistent particle size and absence of dust. The granulators also offer efficient operation and minimal dust in the production department, with TCO among the lowest in its class.
The new G55 series consists of two models, the G55-90 and the G55-120. It is equipped with integral soundproofing and an innovative feed hopper that can accommodate grinding parts of various shapes and sizes. Both models are equipped with EISA premium-efficiency engines and feature AMP (Adaptive Motor Power). The energy consumption is 25 Wh/kg, compared to over 50 Wh/kg for conventional solutions.
CMG Granulators also presents its new Regrind Evac Systems, which are designed for dust evacuation, dedusting and containment. The unit is one of the largest in its class. With 10 different sizes available, it has an evacuation, transport and dedusting capacity ranging from 200 to 7,000 kg per hour.
The new evacuation systems operate at negative pressure. This allows the regrind material to be evacuated from the granulator and transported to a cyclone and led to the dedusting chamber by vacuum. Advantages of using negative pressure include the absence of dust and particles generated by friction against the walls of the conveying tube, as well as the lack of impact against the impeller found in conventional pressure systems. The regrind is deposited in a silo, octabin or big bag, while a specially designed filtering and self-cleaning unit handles the air containing dust. The dust collected in the filter unit is compressed and packaged for recycling or disposal.
