At K 2025, the Piovan Group will be present with its brands Piovan, Conair, Doteco, Pelletron, FDM, Food&Powders, UnaDyn and Thermal Care and will organise its exhibition in areas dedicated to the sectors of technical components, automotive, medical and pharmaceutical, rigid and flexible packaging, fibres and strapping, profiles and pipes, compounds, recycling, PET and rPET preforms and bottles, and heat transfer, covering an area of almost 500 square metres of technology.

Numerous innovations will be on display. SmartForesight is a predictive maintenance solution that detects anomalies before they can cause breakdowns. With real-time notifications, customised reports and direct technical support, the service maximises productivity profitability. VOC Minder is an in-line tool for monitoring volatile organic compounds in processes using recycled materials, ensuring quality compliance and reducing waste.

Permanent Vacuum is a complete material distribution solution based on a single vacuum line, parallel modular pumps, centralised filters and a dedicated coupling control unit, Multilink, which automatically connects sources and destinations. The solution maintains constant vacuum, optimises system investment and resilience, enables simultaneous conveying and modulates pumps according to demand, increasing efficiency.

GN3 is an extremely high-level three-stage system based on the GenesysNext platform for gentle dehumidification that completes cycles in just five hours, preserving optimal material integrity. It enables rapid resin changes in two and a half hours, with a 68% reduction compared to conventional systems, increasing operational continuity and flexibility.

Quantum Med is a compact gravimetric dosing solution for the medical sector, characterised by rapid changeovers and material compliance with the industry's most stringent standards. The MedVac Vacuum Sizing Tank and MedLine Puller/Cutter solutions are also aimed at the medical industry with servo-controlled cutting precision in the order of ±0.1 ms and generally high performance.

Grado Adroit 8 is a batch gravimetric doser with integrated extrusion control capable of handling up to eight components. Thanks to fully modular architecture, users can independently modify the number of ingredients at any time. Vento is an automatic system for cooling and controlling film thickness based on a triple-flow ring. The "dual chimney" and "lifting system" options enable further increases in line productivity.

GDS9-2000 is a new high-throughput gravimetric feeder (up to 2,000 kg per hour) designed to precisely handle pellets, regrind and powders, even in complex extrusion and compounding plants. AryaDew is an innovative refrigeration cycle mould dehumidification system with closed-loop technology that guarantees energy savings of up to 70% and stable processing conditions. Last but not least, PETChiller+ is a new mould cooling system specific for PET processing that reduces cycle times by up to 30% and optimises energy consumption with modulating compressors and inverter-driven pumps.
