A PolyBlown line by Colines for the first time at K

For the first time ever, COLINES will show a state of the art blown film line live at K 2025, the main event of plastic industry scheduled in Düsseldorf from 8 to 15 October.

As anticipated, COLINES will have three lines in operation daily at their booth (Hall 16, A39). The first of these three lines to be unveiled is a 9-layer POLYBLOWN (2600mm), for the production of high-performance barrier film with high-clarity EVOH, perfectly suitable for lamination with Cast MDO-PE and realize fully recyclable mono-material stand-up pouches.

The second machine is the latest generation of our iconic ALLrollEX 1500mm (3-up) cast stretch film line, a long-time highlight at previous editions of the K show and a true benchmark in stretch film production.

At K2025, COLINES will present the most versatile and innovative version of ALLrollEX, equipped with our exclusive AI-based Virtual Production Assistant (VPA) – MASTERMIND. This cutting-edge solution is designed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency, providing stretch film producers with a smart tool to enhance their operations and profitability.

But that’s not all. ALLrollEX will also showcase our revolutionary and unrivalled in-line coreless production technology for 2- and 3-inch reels – a patented COLINES-NO.EL. innovation that sets new standards in both output performance and film quality.

Last but not least, the line features COLINES-NO.EL. proprietary in-line edge-reinforcing technology, which not only strengthens the film edges but also enables precise adjustment of the folded-edge width.

The extreme versatility of the line will be clearly proved through two alternating production runs, performing different films:
- High-Tenacity Power-Stretch (HTPS) film with 35% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled content), in machine rolls with reinforced edges
- High-Tenacity Hand-Wrap (HTHW) coreless film with 35% PCR and a 2 inches inner diameter

Then, COLINES will have the first-ever public showcase of the PRE500MULTi, the most versatile and flexible converting machine for stretch film in the NO.EL. portfolio. The Italian company has joined Gruppo COLINES Holding in 2022 and will be showcasing a machine at K-show for the second time after 2022 debut.

The PRE500 MULTI is capable of converting a wide range of rolls widths, including mini-rolls, and can process:
- Core and coreless stretch film
- Core and coreless prestretched film
