Luca Galluzzi appointed Country Director for Italy at Rockwell Automation

Active worldwide in industrial automation, Rockwell Automation has appointed Luca Galluzzi (pictured) as Country Director for Italy. “Luca Galluzzi is an accomplished professional with deep expertise in industrial automation and a proven ability to build high-performing teams,” said Rodrigo Riera Bencomo, Regional Vice President, South Region, EMEA, Rockwell Automation. “He combines strategic vision with a disciplined approach to execution and has a thorough understanding of market dynamics, including the importance of developing and strengthening both direct and indirect channels. This appointment confirms our commitment to enhancing customer proximity in Italy.”

Galluzzi will lead the strategic direction of Rockwell Automation’s Italian organisation and support the company’s growth in the country. He will focus on strengthening direct and indirect commercial activities targeting end users, machine builders and Rockwell Automation’s own PartnerNetwork ecosystem, supporting customers in pursuing productivity, resilience and sustainability goals through modern industrial automation and digital transformation.

The new Country Director brings solid experience in industrial automation, built through a career path encompassing leadership roles in sales management, business development and team building in both domestic and international contexts. Before joining Rockwell Automation, he held senior leadership positions at B&R Automation, where he contributed to the development and growth of the Austrian company’s Italian organisation before going on to lead sales teams at regional and global level. After several years in international leadership roles, he chose to bring his experience back to the Italian market, where he sees significant opportunities for growth and value creation for customers.
