CMG Granulators expands logistics and technical support

CMG Granulators has announced the expansion of its manufacturing headquarters in Budrio (Bologna) with a new 800-square-metre area, part of the company’s growth path and a response to a continuously expanding market. The new space will be dedicated to logistics, enabling more efficient management of internal flows and freeing up production space to meet rising demand. This strategic investment will allow CMG Granulators to further improve organisation, manufacturing capacity and delivery times.

Alongside the production area, CMG Granulators’ site hosts a new 1,000-square-metre Technical Centre, dedicated to granulation trials and advanced technical support. The centre features a test area equipped with granulators and shredders of different sizes and capacities, capable of processing a wide range of materials, as well as a training area with rooms and infrastructure specifically designed for this purpose.

Thanks to this facility, customers can see CMG Granulators machines in operation, assess processing methods and the reuse of their own materials, and verify the quality of the final output, with the constant support of the company’s technical team. CMG Granulators also offers the option of carrying out granulation trials when customers are unable to attend in person. Materials can be shipped to the company for the required tests; at the end of the process, customers receive a technical report, videos and photographs of the results to support the evaluation of CMG Granulators’ proposed solutions.

CMG Granulators’ headquarters covers a total area of 16,000 square metres, of which 8,000 square metres are occupied by buildings. With this expansion, the company strengthens its commitment to providing customised solutions, qualified technical support and an increasingly efficient service, further consolidating its position as a reliable partner in the recycling sector.
