The second edition of Labotec scheduled for next October
Fiere di Parma (Italy), 27 and 28 October 2026: these are the key details of the forthcoming second edition of Labotec, the exhibition dedicated to laboratory and analytical technologies. Following its debut edition, which attracted over 4,000 visitors from 43 countries and more than 200 exhibitors from 21 countries, the event is now preparing for a new phase of growth, supported by an almost total exhibitor rebooking rate and by an increasing number of new companies choosing the show as the platform for presenting their solutions. The event is organised by Koeln Parma Exhibitions (KPE), the joint venture between Koelnmesse, a leading international trade fair organiser, and Fiere di Parma.
For the 2026 edition, Labotec is also strengthening its international positioning through a “Top Buyers Programme” dedicated to selected overseas buyers, with the aim of further enhancing the quality of business relationships and commercial opportunities, while offering exhibitors a highly qualified setting in which to engage with key decision-makers from the most strategic markets. The broad cross-sector scope of the industries represented - from food and beverage to chemicals and petrochemicals, from pharmaceuticals and veterinary to cosmetics, and from biotechnology to healthcare, diagnostics and research - enables the exhibition to address a wide range of needs within a single, highly specialised environment. The range of technologies on show is equally extensive and fully integrated, spanning analytical, control and monitoring instruments, automation, sample preparation, microscopy and spectrometry, and providing solutions tailored to the requirements of an increasingly sophisticated market.
Labotec 2026 will retain its integrated format, combining the exhibition area with a programme of conferences, debates and in-depth sessions, supported by scientific partners and with the direct involvement of exhibiting companies, thereby reinforcing the event’s value as a benchmark platform for professional updating, networking and sector growth. The programme will also feature the special projects LabWorld Arena and Demo Area, developed in collaboration with LabWorld.it and dedicated respectively to company workshops and live demonstrations, together with the Talent Academy, created with Cisita Parma to foster connections between companies and emerging talent.
