Tria changes its trade fair strategy and will not take part in Fakuma 2026

Tria’s 2026 trade fair programme does not include participation in Fakuma 2026. This decision reflects the evolution of the company’s trade fair communication strategy. In recent years, Tria has strengthened its international presence through four wholly owned subsidiaries in the USA, Brazil, China and Germany. These entities play a strategic role in the technical development of solutions, sales activities, assembly operations (in China and Brazil), spare parts management and technical service, extending their expertise to neighbouring countries and across the wider economic region.

At the same time, the company has invested in the development of technologies dedicated to a range of industrial sectors, including food and non-food packaging, automotive, construction, household appliances, pharmaceuticals and medical. This approach enables Tria to offer innovative, tailor-made solutions designed to meet end-customer requirements.

The new trade fair strategy adopted by Tria, in line with these developments, is structured around three main pillars:
- participation in major international trade fairs such as K, Plast, Chinaplas, NPE and Plástico Brasil, with the direct involvement of its subsidiaries, both in terms of personnel and machinery on display;
- attendance at highly specialised sector-focused or regional exhibitions, with increasing resources allocated to further strengthen the company’s presence in specific markets;
- participation in annual trade fairs through local distributors, while concentrating resources and efforts on biennial or triennial events that allow for the presentation of genuinely new, carefully engineered developments.

Despite not exhibiting at Fakuma 2026, Germany remains a strategic market for Tria. The company opened its first foreign subsidiary in Willich in 1998, and the market continues to prove solid, supported by long-standing customers who value the quality of the products and services provided.

Tria’s 2026 trade fair calendar will instead include Plast 2026, where the Cologno Monzese-based manufacturer will present several new developments introduced after K 2025.
