Piovan Merges Penta and Fea Into Food & Powders Division

The Piovan Group created Piovan Food & Powders, an important strategic evolution that rationalizes and unifies under a single brand the activities previously carried out by Piovan Penta and Fea in the sector of solutions for the food industry and industrial powder handling. Starting from 5 May, Penta changed its company name to Piovan Food & Powders, while Fea Process & Technological Plants kept its current company name, but operating under the new commercial brand Piovan Food & Powders. All existing contractual relationships of the two company will continue without interruption.

This unification represents a fundamental step in the group's consolidation strategy, which aims to substantially strengthen its leadership position in the global market of technologies for food processing and industrial powders treatment. The new Piovan Food & Powders combines the skills, technologies and decades of experience of both companies, creating an even more effective synergy to meet customer needs with a complete and integrated range of cutting-edge solutions. This strategic unification will allow consolidate the company market presence with a unique and recognizable brand identity, boost the range of integrated solutions for the food and powder industries, optimize resources in research and development, ensure an even more efficient and widespread service globally.
