Marketing - Wednesday, 14 November 2018

The Syncro Group has expanded with the acquisition of 80% of Plantech shares. Headquartered in Camposanto (near Modena, Italy), Plantech specialises in equipment for processing powders, granules and liquids for a number of sectors, including the plastic, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and construction industries.

"The acquisition of Plantech is an important opportunity for our group, enabling us to continue to implement our sales strategy and pursue our growth objectives. The alignment of Plantech with Syncro-CST opens the door to very interesting prospects as it leads us towards new, as yet undeveloped markets,” Gabriele Caccia, president and CEO of Syncro Group, and Alessandro Colombo, partner of Syncro-CST, tell us.

"This admission into the Syncro family is very exciting for us and raises great expectations, giving us the chance to supply our clients with a broader product range," Roberto Pedrazzi, CEO of Plantech, adds.

Syncro Group has offices in five countries - Italy, the United States, China, Japan and India, and three companies - Syncro-CST, Syncro-Blowntec and Syncro-Plasmac.
